The Gold Probe Award is presented annually to an electrologist who in her early years of professional practice has made a significant contribution to the field of electrolysis and who shows the potential to have a major impact on the electrolysis profession in the future.

Michelle
Michelle is a licensed Registered Nurse and board certified electrologist who has been practicing electrolysis at Central Texas Professional Electrolysis since 2019. Additionally, she has worked tirelessly as the Chairperson for AEA's Infection Prevention Standards as well.
Michelle has twenty-one years combined experience in the medical, dental and clinical research fields. She initially trained under some of Texas's best known electrologists in Austin and Arlington and then completed advanced training in all modalities with emphasis in manual blend at Monterey Bay Institute of Electrology. This is one of the most respected electrology schools in the US.
Michelle's clients have included doctors, nurses, lawyers, professors, and fellow electrologists.
Additionally, Michelle maintains her credentials as a nationally Certified Dental Assistant and is a former Certified Clinical Research Coordinator. She has worked as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Nurse in both office and operating room settings, as well as being employed as a hospital neurology staff nurse.
